Shake away those cobwebs and think of that teeny weeny bikini you will be sliding your way into this summer – or little black trunks for the fitness fellas out there.
You can try your hand at the merengue, cumbia and even a spot of belly dancing to help get in shape before the ice cream and lollies creep into the office.
And all you have to do is switch on the computer and dance in the comfort of your own living room, but remember to close the curtains to avoid strange looks from the neighbours!
