Remember, before any exercise, make sure you do a five minute warm-up.
As Donna demonstrates, the cumbia ghetto is a good way to work your core so get rocking your socks off!

Post exercise, remember to cool down and finish with some stretches for the main muscle groups including the legs, chest, back and arms.
