Zumba® Fitness classes are an increasingly popular way to exercise and our short video guides showcase some of the many Zumba steps.
The important thing to remember about Zumba® Fitness is that you don’t have to be a dance master or the king or queen of co-ordination to work out.
Donna has also demonstrated how to perfect the merengue and the cumbia, so you’re sure to be the star pupil at your Zumba® Fitness class.
Post exercise, remember to cool down and finish with some stretches for the main muscle groups including legs, chest back and arms.
