Gary Barlow will miss reportedly The X Factor press launch as he takes some time off following his family tragedy.
His wife Dawn gave birth to a stillborn baby last week, who they later named Poppy.
The Take That singer is not ready to return to work and will miss the launch in London.
He did join his bandmates for their performance at the Olympic closing ceremony but has asked the media to give his family some time to grieve.
An ITV official has apparently confirmed that Gary will not be at the press launch tomorrow because of his tragic "personal circumstances".
A source told The Sun: "Gary is in no fit state to do it as all his fans understand."
Barlow took to twitter to thank his fans for their kind messages of support during this difficult time.
He tweeted: "My gorgeous fans and followers, your kindness and support is immense, God bless you all."
Meanwhile, judges Louis Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos and newcomer Nicole Scherzinger will all be at the launch.
They will be joined by host Dermot O'Leary and Xtra Factor presenters Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.
