Caroline Wharram has confessed that she "went too far" during her time in the Big Brother house.
The 20-year-old admitted that she was not surprised when she was greeted with boos after being evicted from the Channel 5 reality show on Friday night.
She told Unreality TV: "I wasn't shocked at their reaction, but I didn't let it upset me, just let it bounce off me to be honest.
"They were bound to be cruel, I caused a lot of controversy, unintentionally, but I know I upset a lot of people and those people have loyal supporters, so good on them for speaking out."
Caroline also conceed that show host Brian Dowling was right when he said that Wharram had "gone too far" during her stint in the BB house.
She is quoted as saying: "He was right - I did go too far.
"My problem is that I have verbal diarrhoea, and I am sorry to anyone I caused offence to."
She added: "I said a lot of stupid and tactless comments, it was just me thinking out loud, so I was glad he gave me the opportunity to explain that."
