One Direction's Harry Styles shows his soft side with latest tattoo

One Direction star Harry Styles has a new tattoo which it is presumed is a tribute to his mother.

The 18-year-old has had a simple `A' on his left arm, thought to be in honour of his mum Anne Cox.

This small inking is Harry's third tattoo, he already has two on the same arm.

One is a large star on his inner arm and the second is Temper Trap song lyrics "won't stop `till we surrender".

Harry's new tattoo was spotted as he left the offices of Sony Music in High Street Kensington.

Styles and his bandmates Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payn, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan were greeted by a number of screaming girls.

The lads took time to pose for photos and sign autographs for their loyal followers.

One DIrection have recently completed their first headline tour of the US and have started work on their second album.

They have thanked their fans for all their support and for making them one of the most successful bands to come from The X Factor.

Liam has said: "None of us could obviously ever have imagined this just two years ago. I don't think anyone could have seen this coming to be honest.

"I don't think there is anything hard about having such a dedicated fanbase. It is actually great to know that there are people out there that love what we do since we put so much hard work into it."
