Ali has been struggling to control her jealousy over Ruby and Laurel’s friendship lately, and things go from bad to worse tonight when Ali gets drunk and falls apart.
Things kick off when the pair have a row over Ruby spending the night at Laurel’s, leading to Ali telling her girlfriend that if she doesn’t apologise she won’t be welcome at their house.
Furious, Ruby resigns herself to another night at Laurel’s while Ali and Rachel head to Gennie’s and end up getting drunk.
As Ali works herself up into a state, Dan arrives and takes his ex-wife back to Bob’s with him, where he tries to get her to see sense.
Will Ruby and Ali manage to patch things up or is their relationship over?
Elsewhere in the village, Zak is getting desperate over the situation with the loan sharks and turns to Cain for help, but Cain refuses to step in, leaving Zak feeling guilty over everything that’s happened.
Later, he makes a mysterious phone call to the loan sharks, telling them he has their money. What is he up to? Let’s hope it’s not something dangerous…
Meanwhile, Paddy has the opportunity to apply for a vet’s job in New Zealand. Marlon isn’t going to be happy about that…
