Katy Perry has said that she is proud of her new documentary movie `Katy Perry': Part of Me.
The I Kissed a Girl singer allowed a film crew to take more than 300 hours of footage of her while on tour last year and the 3D documentary covers her emotional spilt from Russell Brand.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I've learnt a lot and am moving forward one step at a time.
"It was a year I'll never be able to recreate. It had amazing highs and some big lows, but that's life.
"Everyone goes through the good and the bad and it makes you stronger. But my ultimate goal is to make people smile."
She told the newspaper that she had tried hard to make her marriage to the comedian work.
Katy added: "Being in love is the dream.
"But the reality of making it work is not like the movies."
