Mel C has admitted that she regrets getting her tattoos and would discourage her daughter Scarlet from having any.
The 38-year-old has a cross inked on her upper left arm and several other on her right arm and leg.
The former Spice Girl confessed that she wants to have her tattoos removed.
She said: "I'd definitely discourage Scarlet from having tattoos. I'm looking into getting some of them removed.
"I think it was a great idea to get rid of them for the magazine photos - I wish you could do it permanently."
Mel recently joined her bandmates Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Mel B and Geri Halliwell as they launched the Spice Girls musical Viva Forever.
Mel told Good Housekeeping magazine: "Our friendship has got better with age. We've shared something so unique that if any of us needed one of the others, we'd be there."
She added: "Of course we have fallouts occasionally, like any group of friends.
"But personally for me, I'm cool with all the girls and all the girls are cool with me, so that's good."
