The Only Way Is Essex former stars Amy Childs and Harry Derbidge have been announced as presenters of this year's BAFTA YouTube Audience Award.

The reality stars are to present the only award that is voted for by the public.

So far 100,000 votes have been cast, which is already 30,000 more votes than last year.

A panel of 15 TV and showbiz journalists chose the six shows that were nominated for the award.

Amy and Harry have also filmed a short video about their hosting duties.

They said: "It was such an honour to win last year's YouTube audience award and we're really excited to be presenting at the Arqiva British Academy Television Awards this year, and of course bring a little Essex sparkle to the red carpet."

The shows nominated are Sherlock, Fresh Meat, Celebrity Juice, The Great British BakeOff, Educating Essex and Frozen Planet.

The TV BAFTAs will be hosted by Dara O'Briain at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday, May 27.
