Britain’s Got Talent stars Loveable Rogues thank famous fans for support

Loveable Rogues may not have won Britain’s Got Talent 2012, but there’s certainly a lot of love out there for the lads and they look destined for chart success with their infectious pop hits.

Eddie Brett, Sonny Jay and Té Eugene performed self-penned track Honest on Saturday night’s final and a host of famous faces took to Twitter to pledge their support for the group.

Presenter Phillip Schofield Tweeted: “Oh God I love the Loveable Rogues!! Great songs. My winners so far.”

The boys replied: “@Schofe Thanks for the great comments lovely to know we have you supporting us x”

JLS star Marvin Humes was equally impressed, writing: “Watching & loving #BGT tonight! Favourite acts so far Loveable Rogues & Molly Rainford ! Great to be back home chilling, watching tv! Marv x.”

Footballer Shay Given wrote: “Can't believe Loveable Rogues didn't win BGT, they will have a big future I think.”

And former TOWIE favourite Kirk Norcross was amongst those to praise the cheeky chaps’ catchy tracks.

Add to that thousands of messages from not-so-famous fans, and it’s safe to say, the lads were delighted by the support they received during their BGT ‘journey.’

They Tweeted: “Guys we are absolutely buzzing thank you soo much for your support!! Trust us, this is the start!! <3”

The band later wrote: “BIG thank you to @GotTalent @SimonCowell @Amanda_Holden @AleshaOfficial @davidwalliams plus the stage and production crew! Great Experience!”

Adding: “Plus to all the semi finalists/finalists for making our experience so special!

“Every single person that voted for us... we truly appreciate it! Thank you so much! <3”

Loveable Rogues received fantastic comments from the judges on Saturday night, with Simon Cowell telling them: “You’re like someone who has already made it and comes on the competition as a guest- it would be very easy for you to do the same song, you didn’t… There is a real market for you and I predict great, great things for you.”

We look forward to finding out if Simon’s Mystic Meg prediction comes true.
