Britain’s Got Talent 2012 final: list of acts through

The Britain’s Got Talent 2012 final will take place this Saturday, May 12, with 11 acts set to battle it out to take the coveted BGT crown.

But who has made it through? Here’s a reminder of the talented performers who have wowed over the past week.

Semi-final show one saw the judges go barking mad for dancing dog Ashleigh and Pudsey. Simon said: “This is what I’ve been waiting for all my life.” Paws for thought and check out Ashleigh and Pudsey’s best bits here.

Also through from show one are Only Boys Aloud. The 140-strong Welsh choir impressed with traditional song Gwahoddiad and Amanda Holden dubbed them the “voice of Wales.” Watch the Boys in action.

Semi-final two saw pop / opera duo Jonathan and Charlotte return to the stage and they stunned with a beautiful performance of Caruso.

Simon said: “That was one of my favourite ever Britain’s Got Talent performances,” and the viewers agreed as they sent the talented teens through to the final. Sit back and watch their best bits.

Kai and Natalia also danced through to the final in semi-final two, after performing a high energy, sexy routine.

Former Strictly judge Alesha Dixon told the dancers: “You’re making Latin ballroom dancing look cool.” Watch them send temperatures soaring with their sizzling routines here.

Semi-final three brought the Loveable Rogues back into our lives as the cheeky chaps made it through to the final with their self-penned track Lovesick.

David Walliams said: “You’re funny. You’re sexy. You came out here, did your own song and you killed it.”

Pint-sized singer Molly Rainford also made it through to the final, with Simon dubbing her “adorable”, while Alesha said she was a mini-Mariah Carey. Watch Miss Molly’s best bits.

Semi-final four saw heartthrob Sam Kelly make it through to the final with a brooding performance of the Goo Goo Dolls song Iris.

David admitted: “That was astonishing. I closed my eyes and thought, 'Yeah, that sounds like a record'.”

There was delight for dance troupe Nu Sxool as the Welsh performers also made it through with a high energy routine that featured a number of hit songs by the likes of Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and The Prodigy.

Amanda told them “You were so fierce, I loved it.” Watch them in action now.

On the last semi-final show, it was 19-year-old Ryan O’Shaughnessy who impressed with his heartfelt performance of his own track, First Kiss. He may not have won over the girl of his dreams with audition track No Name, but he certainly won over the judges and audience with his moving lyrics and beautiful voice.

Aquabatique also caused a splash and made it into the final with their stunning underwater act – a first for a BGT final.

After their James Bond inspired performance, David gushed: “That was all the things I love: swimming, James Bond and skimpy gold outfits!”

So for now, that’s it: Ryan O’Shaughnessy, Aquabatique, Sam Kelly, Nu Sxool, Only Boys Aloud, Ashleigh and Pudsey, Jonathan and Charlotte, Kai and Natalia, Molly Rainford and Loveable Rogues. But there’s one more spot in the final… the wildcard.
