The fabulous Analiza grew up in China, moving to England at 17 to study at London’s Royal Academy of Music. She says her style is unique as she incorporates dramatic/dance like movements into her act which she has been doing for six years.
Her biggest influence is her father, who is also a violinist. Aww!
Analiza’s parents still live in China. She has previously performed at Windsor Castle, the Royal Albert Hall and for Colin Firth at the opening of his wife’s shop. So how did she fare tonight?
She decided to perform rock act Foo Fighters’ The Pretender in sensation style, whizzing about the stage as she did so.
David laughed: “I thought it was a wonderful piece, I did.
“I’ve never seen anything like it. I don’t know what the market is, because rocky people don’t like the violin.”
However, Alesha was more upbeat and noted: “You are one foxy lady. I totally admire and respect what you do.
“You should be really proud tonightl
Amanda explained: “That’s the kind of musician that I love.
“You’re definitely a girl that needs to be put after the watershed – very sexy.”
Simon said: “Absolutely fantastic. Loved the song choice, this is what we’ve been looking to find in this competition.
“By a clear mile the best act of the night.”
What will she do with the money? Analiza laughed before the show: “Buy myself a new violin – a Stradivarius!”
And if she won, she said: “I would be over the moon if I won – it will be a dream come true.
“I would love to go on and become an international artist.”
