Katie Price is reportedly set to marry Argentinian lover Leandro Penna.

The former glamour model was spotted wearing a stunning pink diamond ring while dining out with the 26-year-old model earlier this week.

A spokesman for the 33-year-old told The Sun that the couple have confirmed that they are to marry.

A spokesman for Katie is quotes as telling the newspaper: "It's true -- they are engaged.

"Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently -- and she said yes.

"They told her children but had intended to keep it secret for a while."

This will be Katie's third marriage and she is still to finalise her divorce from cage-fighter Alex Reid.

It is not yet known where Katie and Leandro will have their nuptials.

The spokesman added: "No wedding arrangements have been made and they are both quite relaxed about that for the time being."
