Peter Andre has admitted that he feels guilty about not spending more time with his brother Andrew.
Andrew, who lives in Australia, was diagnosed with kidney cancer last month.
He has already had two operations to try and halt the spread of the disease and has flown to the UK for treatment.
Andrew and his wife Magda have come to stay with Peter so their elderly parents don't have to see him go through the grueling chemo.
Peter told Saturday: "I'd like to say sorry to my brother Andrew because I lived 12,000 miles away from him for so long and I feel I should have been there more for him."
Within hours of touching down in the UK, Andrew was rushed to London's Royal Marsden Hospital in severe pain.
Pete added: "They'll live with me until, please God, the chemo works and he's completely well again.
"I'm just trying to work as much as I can so I can pay for the treatment and get him the best care."
