One Direction and Justin Bieber are currently the most popular male teen idols.
Bieber's manager has hinted that Justin and One Direction may collaborate on a project.
The X Factor stars are also reportedly panning to team up with Nickelodeon stars Big Time Rush.
The lads have been supporting the US boyband on a North American tour and are to collaborate on a song and music video.
One Direction came in third place on The X Factor back in 2010.
Last week, a twitter fan asked Bieber's manager Scooter Braun:"Do you think justin could ever possibly colab with one direction?"
Braun replied: "Very possible. he likes them and thinks they are good dudes.
"all people of that generation should be there to help EACHOTHER."
Meanwhile, Big Time Rush member Carlos Pena told Teen that they are working on something with One Direction.
He said: "There's gonna be a special video coming out with us and 1D. I'm not sure if you saw the Call Me Maybe video, but we're making one with a special song that I can't tell you about, but it's gonna be us and them. It's gonna be pretty crazy."
