Dancing on Ice star Sebastien Foucan revealed that he cried after forgetting the steps to his routine, because he didn't want to let kids down.
The free-running expert stunned hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley by breaking down after his skate-off performance.
However, the French man confessed that he was worried about his children watching at home as he was eliminated from the show.
He told The Sun: "It was a nightmare. I feel like I forgot everything, it went blank.
"You don't even look anyone in the eyes because you know there are so many people with expectation and love.
"That was pretty painful. My daughters were crying, they were watching on TV."
As a free-runner Sebastien was used to working alone, but he praised his partner Brianne Delcourt.
He said: "I had to learn to be in a team and I have to thank Brianne for that."
Foucan admitted that he was sorry to leave the other celebrities on the show, especially Chemmy Alcott.
Sebastien said: "I'd like Chemmy to do well. She has a similar attitude to me."
