Faye panics after locking Joseph in the house as her toast burns under the grill. She finds Anna and Owen who help barge the door down, put out the fire and get Jospeph away from the smoke. Chesney returns and is horrified by what's happened and even more terrified about what could have happened. Katy arrives and begins making excuses to Faye but cuts herself off as she sees everybody. She tries to blunder out an excuse but slips up, revealing that she's lef the baby alone before to the horror of everyone there. Owen picks up Joseph and walks out, stating that this is all proof that they're too young to look after a baby. Ches, Fiz and Anna make after him, trying to diffuse the situation. They return to the house to find Katy's gone. Has she done a runner?
After Tina's reaction, Tommy goes back to what he does best and chats up a random girl in the Bistro using Tyrone as a wingman. Tina confides in Stella at the pub, admitting she only turned Tommy down because she's so afraid of getting hurt again. Stella manages to convince her that Tommy's worth the chance. Tina psyches herself up and heads out to confess her feelings for Tommy, but is she too late?
Audrey decides she needs to talk to Lewis and tracks him down to a large house. When he's nervous and doesnt' want to let her in, she assumes it's because he's with a woman. Lewis is embarrassed when he's forces to admit he's living in a crumby bedsit while he finds the money to settle his debts. Will this new perspective convince Audrey that Lewis is a changed man?
Elsewhere, Peter's distracted and hands Karl a betting slip which hasn't been stamped.
Carla's raging to find Frank, Sally and Anne toasting to the success of landing a big order after Frank interfered with her business. Under pressure, will she hit the bottle?
