Tyrone has been constantly falling out with his friend since Kirsty came into his life, but the shoe is on the other foot tonight when Tyrone accuses his girlfriend of having an affair.
Things kick off at 7.30pm when Tommy overhears Kirsty arranging a lunch date with a guy called Nathan and decides to follow her. Seeing Kirsty greeting the handsome stranger affectionately, Tommy becomes convinced that Tyrone’s girlfriend is cheating on him.
At 8.30pm, Tommy confides in Tina about his suspicions, and with the pair convinced that Kirsty is cheating on their friend, they tell a horrified Tyrone, who promptly confronts his girlfriend.
As he questions whether the baby is really his, Kirsty is left upset and angry. Has she got a good explanation for her behaviour or is this the end of love’s young dream?
Elsewhere on the cobbles, Brian goes to see Dr Carter about having his vasectomy reversed, but he’s in for a shock when Julie tells him that she’s pregnant with his child!
Meanwhile, Gail and Audrey are told by the doctor that they both have very high blood pressure and should give up alcohol. Oh dear, there goes their social life down the Rovers…
