The Only Way Is Essex star James Argent has claimed that his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright is the only woman he has slept with.
Argent made the declaration during an episode of the reality show.
He was denying rumours among the cast that he had cheated on Bright during their four-year relationship.
Chatting to Joey Essex and James 'Diags' Bennewith, Arg joked that he would probably still be a virgin if he hadn't met Bright.
Argent said: "At least one good thing came out of the relationship. I lost my virginity to Lydia.
"I'd probably still be a virgin now."
When Essex teased his friend, Arg added: "Shut up, you weirdo. I went out with her for four years, you doughnut.... Sympathy, though. Cheers boys."
Meanwhile, on the show Lydia was seen to be devastated when she heard rumours of Arg being unfaithful.
She said: `I literally feel sick. For four years how can someone be so deceitful? I'll never trust anybody again.
"I never want to meet another man. I'll be alone for the rest of my life."
She added: "I can't be near him, I think I would actually physically kill him."
