Moira hasn’t been coping well seeing John growing closer to Chas, and things go from bad to worse tonight when the two women get into a slanging match, leaving Chas feeling humiliated when Moira slaps her across the face.
Things kick off at 7pm when Chas gets into John’s car and kisses him before the pair head to John’s house, where they fall into a passionate embrace.
At 8pm, John leads Chas upstairs for an afternoon of fun, but he pulls away from her at the last minute, admitting that he’s still in love with Moira.
Later, Moira finds out that Chas has been at the farm, and when she later bumps into her love rival, Moira struggles to contain her temper and slaps Chas hard across the face. Oh dear, love is never easy, is it?
Elsewhere in the village, Katie finds out about Declan’s plans for the council buildings, but they don’t stay secret for long when Charity overhears her talking to Gennie about them in the Woolpack.
Meanwhile, Val’s plan to head to Portugal without Pollard is exposed, and Val persuades a reluctant Pollard to convince Amy to go with her. Is this the end of the Pollards’ marriage?
