Dancing on Ice star Charlene Tilton has admitted that she often thinks about leaving the show.
The actress has already found herself in the bottom two twice in the competition.
The 53-year-old has confessed that she does struggle with the training and worries that she may cause herself some lasting damage.
Speaking on Lorraine Kelly's show, Lorraine, Tilton said: "To be very honest, at my age it doesn't take a huge fall to really get hurt.
"It could take something really simple. Every day, I want to quit. I think `I'm done, I'm finished, I can't do it.'."
However, Charlene says the thought of the autistic aspiring actors she regularly works with back home keeps her going.
She said: "In LA I worked with actors with autism and I teach acting to a group of people with disabilities and I'm getting so many lovely texts and emails and messages.
"So I can't be hypocritical and quit and not try my best, when my students who have so many more struggles than I do, are doing so well. I have to practice what I preach."
The former Dallas star revealed that she has never taken part in sport, as she was troubled with physical problems when she was younger.
She admitted that this is the first time she has been involved in anything physical and competitive.
Tilton said: "I'm getting toned, but I came into this with not a single muscle tone in my body.
"When I was younger I was a sickly kid. I had curvature of the spine, I wore corrective shoes, my legs were bowed and I had to wear braces and it was quite painful as they tried to straighten everything out.
"So I never did athletic things at all, all my childhood I was reading books, plays or autobiographies. So this is the first time I've done anything athletic."
