Corey Feldman found skating on 'Dancing On Ice' "very difficult" because he didn't do enough training before the show started.
The 'Goonies' actor was voted off the ITV1 series last night (29.01.12) after failing to impress the public and judges with his skating routine, but he admits he didn't get enough practice on the ice before meeting up with his professional partner Brooke Castile.
In an interview with Eamonn Holmes and Holly Willoughby on ITV1's 'This Morning', he said: "I had really no idea what I was getting myself into, and quite surprisingly it was very, very difficult. It's a lot of work, it's a lot of hours that you have to put in to it.
"I mean obviously I'm an actor, a film actor, so I was working on two films at the beginning of the show when we all started training. And basically the regiment was you're supposed to have 30 hours of training on your own before you meet your partner, and I actually only had eight."
Corey isn't sure if he would have accepted a place on the celebrity skating show if he knew how hard it was going to be beforehand.
He added: "I don't know if I would do it again - if I would put myself through that again - but honestly if I could go back to zero and start fresh, I probably wouldn't have taken the commitment with knowing that I had other things in my schedule."
Yesterday Corey and Brooke were seen bickering during rehearsals and the 40-year-old star believes the row could have cost him his place in the show.
He said: "It definitely worked against us, there's no question about that. But at the same time you are only seeing a little slither of time of the hours and hours that we spend together during the week.
"The bottom line is she is an incredible skater, she's amazing and I'm graced in her presence to be honest. And I never even dreamed that I would make it this far."
