Carla’s life has fallen apart spectacularly since the night that evil Frank Foster raped her, and this week he goes on trial for his wicked crimes. Will he be found guilty or is he about to get away with rape?
At 7.30pm, Carla is unnerved by how calm and composed Frank seems to be, but she’s determined to see him going down for what he did to her. As she takes to the witness box, Carla can’t hide her emotions as she tells the court about the rape.
Frank’s defence lawyer asks her about her relationship with Peter and she denies it, unaware that Trish has handed in photographic evidence of the pair together…
At 8.30pm, Maria takes to the witness stand to tell the court about Frank sexually attacking her, and then Peter gives evidence and is closely questioned about his relationship with Carla.
The former alcoholic denies the allegation, but when Anne passes a picture of the pair kissing to Leanne, the cat is well and truly out of the bag!
Elsewhere on the street, Tracy is left gutted when Steve tells her that he never loved her and is still in love with Becky, and Milton doesn’t impress Roy with all his expansion plans for the diner.
Meanwhile, love isn’t running smoothly for Eileen as Jason and Julie find it hard to accept her relationship with Paul. Lighten up guys, doesn’t she deserve some happiness for once?
