Angry Amelia Lily fans vent X Factor frustration on Twitter

@AmeliaLilyFans tweeted: “So gutted! She deserved to go through more than anyone! Kelly is gonna regret not taking her through!!”

@AmeliaLilyArmy was just as angry and wrote: “She was the only one who could actually perform, this isn’t the end”, while @TeamAmeliaLily said: “What a joke.”

The Twitter fans are so angry that they have started a twitition to bring Amelia back to the competition, and some fans have even suggested having a fifth category mentored by Cheryl Cole for the four acts who have been sent home.

Speaking to The Xtra Factor, Amelia said of Kelly’s decision:

“I’m just looking at the whole thing as being a massive experience and what an opportunity. This is just the beginning for me and I’ve loved it from day one.

“I got into the final four girls, what an achievement and I’m just looking forward to my future now

“The highlight of this experience was meeting all the contestants. I love them all in individual ways and the hardest thing is saying bye to them.”

She also tipped Misha B, Craig Colton, Nu-Vibe and The Risk as the ones to watch and said that she won’t give up and will continue performing:

“I think I’m very individual, and apparently I’m a trendsetter already with my pink hair. I’m just going to keep doing my best, keep going on stage and doing what I do best and rocking it.”

The other acts sent home in tonight’s show were Jonjo Kerr from The Overs category, James Michael from The Boys and 2 Shoes from The Groups.

Completely outraged. I don't even want to watch the show anymore. Don't know what Kelly Rowland is playing at, Sophie should have went she was the weakest link. Wheres the link to the petition?

I loved Sophie! Janet should have went. She is sooo overrated - she is just a clone (voice-wise) of Diana Vickers (aka The Claw)!

    The Risk to WIN!
