As The X Factor gears up for another year of tears, tantrums and a brand new search to find the next big singing star, promotional pictures of the new judging panel have been released.
Starring as the only original judge, Louis Walsh posed for the camera alongside new judges Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa.
Moving into its eighth series, the new line-up has been at the centre of controversy for months.
First of all, Simon Cowell announced he would not continue his reign on the UK judging panel but would instead stay put stateside and focus on launching the US version of the show.
It was then announced that Dannii Minogue would also be saying goodbye to the Saturday night slow due to a clash with her commitments as a judge on Australia's Got Talent.
Then the ‘is she, isn’t she moving to the US X Factor’ saga with Cheryl Cole began. It was finally announced that the Geordie had clinched the job but no sooner was she making a fashionable impression at the LA auditions with her big hair and bright clothes and the announcement that she had been given the axe emerged.
Now as the controversy starts to simmer down a little, focus on the newbie judges has ramped up, with previous contestants such as Cher Lloyd offering their support to N-Dubz star, saying she has "got balls" and will be honest with this year's wannabes.
