Sam Robertson swaggered into the Celebrity Big Brother basement last night looking ever the dashing Scot, in a kilt. We’ll ignore the fact he seemed ever-so-slightly cocky.
The Beaver Falls actor insisted he was single, although it wasn’t the most convincing declaration of singledom we’ve ever heard. Never-the-less, he is apparently on the lookout for love in the CBB house, and there are plenty of women in there who will be right up his street.
According to The Sun, 27-year-old Sam said: “Most guys in their 20s fancy older women.
“Don’t get me wrong, there has to be something more than just being older! They have to be super hot too.”
Glamour model Lacey Banghard (yes, that is her name) also entered the house last night and she certainly seemed to catch Sam’s eye, but, at 20, is she just too young for the cougar loving Dundee lad?
If so, there are plenty of older ladies for him to flirt with in the form of 35-year-old Steps star Claire Richards, 42-year-old actress Tricia Penrose and 57-year-old EastEnders favourite Gillian Taylforth. But they’re all currently enjoying the luxury of the main house…
The only women sharing the bleak basement with Sam are Heidi Montag (whose husband Spencer is also down there) and 51-year-old supermodel Paula Hamilton, who admitted she loved Sam’s Scottish accent.
Will we see romance blossom in the CBB house for sexy Sam?
Will he ever make it out of the basement and into the main house? He certainly ticks the heartthrob box for CBB 2013.
Sam previsouly starred in teen drama Being Victor, which was shown on STV. Check out our interview with him about the series in the player above.
