Coleen Rooney has been spotted still wearing her wedding ring, despite claims that her footballer husband Wayne had cheated on her.
Prostitutes Jennifer Thompson and Helen Wood have alleged that the England striker paid to have sex with them.
A third woman, Samii Darnley, has allegedly claimed that Wayne was being "suggestive" when they met at Rio Ferdinand's Rosso restaurant in December last year.
A source is reported as telling The Sun: "Coleen can't sleep even though she's exhausted and in pieces.
"An hour has not passed when she hasn't cried. It's turning her into a physical wreck."
There were no signs of face-to-face talks between Wayne and his wife as Coleen took her father and son shopping in Liverpool while he returned to training with his Manchester United colleagues.
Coleen has apparently moved out of the marital home and back with her parents in Huyton, Merseyside.
She was spotted still wearing her wedding band as she took her 10-month-old son Kai shopping in Liverpool city centre.
