There’s only two days left of Ultimate Big Brother and former husband and wife, Preston and Chantelle, have been contemplating their time in the house.

As the nation watches their friendship blossom, many have been hoping for a romantic end to the last ever Big Brother… but it doesn’t look like it’s happening.

Lying in bed, Preston said: "This is the second time we'll have been in the final together. How weird is that?"

Chantelle replied: "I don't think I could have done it without you."  Preston – she is clearly still in love with you!

Not quite picking up on the point, he said: "No, it's so good having someone else here. I think so as well. Imagine if there was nobody here.”

"I don't think I could have lasted. I don't think I'd have done it without you," Chantelle sighed.

Giving the glamour model a glimmer of hope that there’s still a spark there, the Ordinary Boys star told her: "Well I knew that you were doing it. I wouldn't have come otherwise.”

Don’t get too excited though. He added: “They wouldn't have wanted me to be here if you weren't here... There would have been no story.”

"We've done this twice together. It's crazy!" exclaimed Chantelle.

Preston then asked: "What if we'd walked in and just argued?"

Chantelle got defensive and said: "But we'd never have been like that. We'd never have done that, ever. About what? Do you know what I mean?"

We know what you mean Chantelle. You want him back. Everyone wants you back together (well apart from Preston’s family and of course, his girlfriend). Even your fellow housemates are willing you on, but it just looks like it won’t happen. With less than 48 hours to go though, there’s always hope!
