Nadia Almada went into Ultimate Big Brother as one of the favourites to win the show, but after being evicted on Friday night to jeers and boos from the crowd, she is said to be struggling to cope.

Digital Spy reports that BB5 star, Marco Sabba, spoke of his concerns for friend Nadia on the site’s forums.

He claimed Nadia has been taunted by the public since leaving the show and he also questioned the fairness of what was actually shown during her time in the house.

Marco wrote: "I am writing this as a deeply concerned friend of Nadia's. She is devastated following last night’s eviction and returned home to find her car egged and abusive letters through the door. I have never seen her in this state.”

The former housemate went on to question the editing of Coolio and Nadia’s dispute, saying the rapper had made “deeply offensive, homophobic comments continuously to her.”

He continued: "She feels her life is now ruined and the goodwill built from her earlier stay in the house has been destroyed. I am writing this as a deeply concerned friend in the hope that Endemol will do something to address this, please."

Worryingly, Marco then added: "I can only hope Nadia will forgive me for writing this on a public forum but there is no doubt in my mind that she is now at genuine suicide risk.

“She has understandably lost all trust in the producers and does not want to speak with Stephen Flett (the esteemed psychologist who approved and put through contestants such as Shahbaz and Alexandra).”

A Big Brother spokesperson told Digital Spy that Nadia will be offered help from their "extensive welfare team".

The rep added: "With 24 hours' worth of material to turn into 60 minutes, not everything will feature in the highlights shows. We try to show a balanced and fair representation of all housemates."

I can quite believe that. Big brother was a horrible show, eventually torturing people for the sick pleasure of the millions of brits who enjoyed it. It made idiots like jade goody millions, regardless of her racial ignorance and bullying, and showed this great british nation who enjoyed people being kept with third world rations for weeks on end, for what it is.

Some of the comments made about nadia on the web since her departure have been absolutely horrible, including one twitter by the mirror reporter which I won't repeat because guaranteed someone low enough to make the comment would be low enough to deny it later. She's right about big brother not creating a real environment. Big brother has as I said, showed millions of brits up as complete morons.

I'm sure you'll all tittle tattle about the interviews of the house mates when they are published. Obviously no war crimes to protest about!
