Christine Bleakley has said that she wants to go back to The One Show with Adrian Chiles, according to a report.
Bleakley made the admission just days before the launch of the revamped GMTV show, Daybreak.
Christine is reported as telling the Daily Star Sunday: "I want myself and Adrian to go back to the show as guests - that would be brilliant.
"I'm very sentimental about the show because it was a massive part of my life.
"I'd love to see everyone again. All my friends still work on it.
"And I absolutely love Jason Manford - I've been in contact with him ever since I left the BBC.
"He was always my first choice for a co-host when I was forced to think about working with someone other than Adrian."
However, the news that Christine feels an emotional attachment to the BBC show has not gone down well with Daybreak bosses.
An insider claimed: "At a time when money is tight, ITV shelled out a lot to secure Adrian and Christine because it's so important Daybreak is a success.
"So no one will be pleased to hear she's still so attached to The One Show."
