After months of speculation, Glee creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed Susan Boyle is being lined up for the Christmas episode of the hit show.
It is believed the Britain’s Got Talent star will have a guest role as a dinner lady and Su-Bo fans are extremely excited at the prospect.
Mega Boyle fan Jane Boyce told stv.tv: “Glee will provide the perfect platform for Susan Boyle’s personality to shine. I can’t wait to see what she looks like on the show.”
Also joining the ever-growing list of stars to appear on Glee, Paul McCartney will have a guest spot, after the singer personally wrote to Murphy.
He said: "I received some fantastic mixed tapes from Paul McCartney a couple of weeks ago. I thought I was being punked!
"It came out of blue in a package, handwritten, and it had two CDs and it said 'Hi Ryan, I hope you will consider some of these songs for Glee'."
Murphy added: "I had heard that he is a fan of the show. I was gob-smacked, so of course we are going to do something with him,"
Continuing on from the Lady Gaga themed show, this season will see a special Britney Spears-themed episode.
