Britain's Got Talent superstar Susan Boyle has announced that she has postponed her forthcoming tour of Australia, says a report.
Sources told a tabloid newspaper that the 49-year-old from Blackburn, West Lothian, has cancelled the trip because she "desperately needs to rest".
Susan's mentor Simon Cowell has said that she needs to take some time away from her hectic schedule before she can record her follow-up album to `I Dreamed A Dream'.
Boyle was scheduled to perform at an awards ceremony in Melbourne as well as performing live on Aussie TV show `Hey Hey It's Saturday'.
Manager Andy Stephens told the Daily Star: "We want to apologise to all Susan's Australian fans and look forward to coming later in the year."
Susan recently hit the headlines when she said that said that she believes that her life has "changed for the best".
She told The Sun: "I don't miss much about my old life because now I am really very happy and I can do more, I can see more people."
She added: "I didn't get out a lot. It has changed, but it's changed for the best.
"If my mum could see me now she'd probably be really proud and say, 'well done Susan because that's what I meant you to do'."
