Suzanne Shaw expects to get "obsessed" by cosmetic surgery.
The singer-turned-actress - who raises her five-year-old son, Corey, with her husband Jason King - is very insecure about her appearance and believes she will have several appearance-altering procedures when she gets older.
She told new! magazine: "I constantly have negative thoughts about my body - it becomes an obsession, almost. I think most women would change a lot of things about themselves. I try not to look at myself in mirrors and stuff - it's that bad.
"I hate it. I wish I could be really comfortable in my own skin, but I can't.
"I'll be terrible when I get older. I'll be one of those women who will try every new surgery procedure. I'll be so obsessed. I'll have a different face completely!"
The 28-year-old beauty - who recently landed the role of Eve Jenson in ITV soap 'Emmerdale' - also admitted she struggles to maintain her slender frame because she loves carbohydrate-laden foods so much.
She added: "I just love food, especially carbohydrates like chips and garlic bread! I try to avoid carbs but I'm being really naughty at the moment and it's hard when you're filming outside in 'Emmerdale'. Also, the catering is great! Tomorrow is another day. I'll be on salad and water.
"I've been dancing for work a lot. I did a show at Christmas and I lost a lot of weight, but I've put it back on again. I need to get into a routine and join a gym."
