UPDATE: Watch the show on the STV player.

Prankster McLean’s live 20.10 Show gig is being shown on STV tomorrow. Called Is This The Way To Armadillo? it’s possible the veteran singer may be in for a McLean style makeover.

But Tony Christie - most famous for Is This The Way To Amarillo? isn't the only star likely to get Des' unique makeover.

The Radio Clyde comic is famed for fooling an array of stars with his side-splitting phone funnies.

Recently he had Darius believing Billy Connolly was on the line wishing him luck with Popstar to Operastar.

He’s also pulled off impersonations of doppelganger politician turned reality star Tommy Sheridan along with a host of other believable folk.

He opened the Magner’s Glasgow International Comedy Festival on Friday at the city’s iconic Armadillo.

Now you can catch up with the mirth in a one-off fun-packed parcel on STV at 10.40pm tomorrow.

The star, reported to be one of Connolly’s favourite comedians, said: “The best feeling is standing up in big venues.”

He has also revealed that he wears the same “lucky” outfit for all his stage shows.

A fan who was at the sell-out gig said: “This is one of the funniest men in the world – he can talk about eating a packet of crisps and make it funny.

“I’m really chuffed it’s on the telly, I can’t wait to see it again.”
