Risky business: Katie will gamble fortune on film.

Reality TV star Katie Price is set to risk her entire fortune on financing a Hollywood movie, a report has claimed. The 31-year-old is set to bankroll a blockbuster biopic of her lifestory based on her published diaries.

Sources have claimed that Price has been discussing the movie project with top Tinseltown producers but failed to get enough interest in the project.

Insiders have alleged that Katie has decided to finance the film but her management team are concerned that the project could bankrupt her.

However, the former glamour model is convinced that the film could make a fortune and help to make her a global superstar.

A source told the Daily Star: "Kate was certain that producers would be desperate to sign her up because of her roller-coaster life.

"She feels she has had a more exciting life than most major stars and thinks it's a real goer.

"But she had no luck at all in LA because most people in America have no idea who she is, and many Brits just don't care about her any more.

"But when someone says no to The Pricey, it makes her even more determined to do something."

Has there ever been a more self-obsessed waste of space?
