Katie Price has denied reports that she had sold the photographic rights of her wedding to Alex Reid to a glossy magazine. The reality TV star insisted "no deal" had been done over the surprise marriage last week in Las Vegas.
The 31-year-old tied the knot with the Celebrity Big Brother winner in a private ceremony in a hotel in the city but insisted that the event was only photographed by her `What Katie Did Next' reality TV crew.
She told GMTV: "Did you know, we didn't do a magazine deal. We didn't go out to the US with a magazine, we just filmed it ourselves.
"Actually the chapel just film it and then they give you the video and it so wasn't tacky.
"You would think that it would be."
Katie revealed that the couple had to get married in Las Vegas as it is the place that would allow the recently-divorced model to wed.
"The reason we got married in Vegas was that we couldn't go to the Caribbean because you can't get married until you have been divorced for a certain amount of days.
"Las Vegas was the only place that we could do it. That's why we went there but there was no Elvis or nothing tacky at all."
She added: "In fact the pictures are absolutely gorgeous."
