McFly star Danny Jones has become the fourth contestant to be voted off Popstar To Operastar.
Jones lost out in the sing-off with Shakespeare's Sister singer Marcella Detroit after ending in the bottom two following the public vote.
Popstar to Operastar mentor Rolando Villazon and Classic FM DJ Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen opted to save Danny, but Katherine Jenkins and Meat Loaf took the decision to deadlock, preferring the performance of 'Ave Maria' given by Marcella.
Show hosts Alan Titchmarsh and Myleene Klass then had to take the decision back to the result of the public vote.
Jones, who performed Funiculi Funicula by Lugi Denza, polled the lowest number of votes and was eliminated from the contest.
The McFly star took the bad news in good spirits, saying: "I've had so much fun. I've learned a lot and I'm going to have a holiday."
Former Hear'Say singer Kym Marsh, Darius Campbell, Marcella Detroit and Bernadette Nolan will go on to compete for the Popstar to Operastar title.
