Kieran Richardson is desperate to "bulk up" before appearing on 'Dancing on Ice'.
The 'Hollyoaks' actor - who plays reformed bad boy Ste Hay in the Channel 4 soap - admits he is worried about showing off his physique in the unflattering outfits he has to wear on the TV talent contest.
He said: "I wanted to bulk up so I've been eating a high protein diet. It'll be quite funny to see me in the outfits I have to wear! They're very tight and I have no muscle. But I'm going to throw myself into it. I'll pull it off."
Kieran's former co-star Chris Fountain came second on the show two years ago and the 23-year-old actor admits he is feeling the pressure to do well.
He added: "It's going really well but I'm feeling the pressure because people from 'Hollyoaks' do really well on reality shows.
"I think Gary Lucy will be my biggest competition, he's my biggest worry. And Danny Young is good too. They're both young, fit lads."
