Katie Price’s reality TV show, What Katie Did Next, is returning to TV screens it has been revealed.
A second series of the show, which follows Katie about as she goes about her daily life, has been commissioned by ITV.
Hitting screens early next year, this series will show Katie as she juggles life as a businesswoman, model and mum, and will pick up from when she leaves the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
Katie, who quite the jungle earlier in the week, was spotted in Australia recently wearing a microphone, sparking rumours that she was filming for a new show.
And it seems those rumours were indeed true, now that the announcement about the eight-episode series has been made.
And Katie – who has gone through a divorce from Peter Andre and a very public recent break-up from Alex Reid this year, as well as various other ups and downs, promised viewers lots of action.
She said: “Viewers have seen what I went through in the jungle, and now they’ll get to find out exactly what happens next. As ever, there’s bound to be lots of drama!”
Claire Zolkwer, ITV’s commissioning editor of entertainment said: "The first series of What Katie Did Next was a huge success for ITV2 and we’re delighted that Katie will continue to share every facet of her amazing life with our viewers first."
