Katie Price and Kim Woodburn were chosen by the public to take on the disgusting I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker trial – Vile Vending.
The task involved the stars selecting packets of disgusting jungle sweets and treats from the camp vending machine.
The two celebrities had to eat creepy crawlies and kangaroo anus among other things. Both ladies struggled to chew and crunch their way through kangaroo anus and testicles, cockroaches, cricket, fish eyes and the creepy-crawly Aborigine delicacy witchety grubs,
Base camp has more people to feed and so Katie had more at stake. The glamour model struggled through, but some things were just too much for her. Kim belched her way successfully through the task. The famous cleaner won five stars for Exile Camp but Katie only managed 3 for Base Camp.
Katie didn’t manage to eat the fish eyes or the kangaroo testicles. The star said that she couldn’t chew through them because of her “fake teeth”. The glamour model had previously put in a tremendous performance in the tasks but blamed this poor show on her teeth:
“I couldn’t put it in my mouth because I couldn’t eat it with my teeth. I can’t eat that.”
Kim put in a very brave performance throughout the whole task. She retched her way to five stars for her camp. She finished the task off elegantly by eating her kangaroo testicles with a knife and fork. Of course the clean freak had plenty to say about the disgusting task though:
“This is the worst thing that I’ve done in my life and I mean that.”
Kim returned to her camp triumphant whilst Katie went back to Base Camp quiet and deflated.
Miss Price seems to have given up her fighting spirit. She has been put up for trial everyday this week and the public seem to be taking the wind out of her sails.
Justin Ryan summed up how the glamour model was feeling:
“It’s a bit bloody unfair. She feels demoralised because day in day out the British public are voting to see her squirm.”
Justin’s views obviously fell on deaf ears as the public have yet again voted for Katie to do the next Bushtucker trial tomorrow night.
The next Bushtucker trial – Carlamity – will see Katie Price diving and driving through the rough terrain of the Australian jungle and dealing with any beasties and creatures that she comes up against.
