Bruce Forsyth is set to mark his return as host of Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday after recovering from a recent bout of flu.
The 81-year-old had missed last weekend’s episode after he found himself struck down by the illness.
It was the first time that Forsyth had missed a show since Strictly Come Dancing began in 2004, however he’ll make his return tomorrow to share hosting duties with Tess Daly.
Last weekend Daly was joined by Claudia Winkleman and legendary Scottish comedian Ronnie Corbett.
A BBC spokesman said: "Bruce is feeling better, so we're delighted that he'll be back at the helm of this Saturday's Strictly Come Dancing alongside Tess."
It was announced last Friday that the star was not well enough to present and was missing work "on doctor's orders".
Last week’s edition of Strictly saw former cricketer Phil Tufnell voted off the competition.
