X Factor judge Louis Walsh has praised his fellow judge Dannii Minogue for her performance on the show this year. The two judges were involved in on-air rows in the 2007 and 2008 series of the hit show.
The Irish judge revealed that he has been impressed with the Aussie singer's conduct in recent months.
Speaking on the Paul O'Grady Show, Walsh said: "Dannii is playing a blinder this year.
"She's worked really hard, she's very professional and she gives everything to the show. I have to say - everything."
Earlier, Dannii described Walsh as a "genuine little sweetheart" after he apologised for reducing her to tears on a live show in the 2008 series of The X Factor.
Meanwhile, Walsh, who mentors John and Edward Grimes on the show, confirmed that the public backlash against the pair was giving him 'cause for concern'.
He said: "They're very young. The thing is, people used to boo them in the audience. I took offence to that.
"I think there's a lot of pressure on their parents because their parents are very worried about them."
