Corrie producers are to film three special monologue webisodes to give online fans a look into the mind of murderer Tony Gordon (Gray O'Brien).
Fans will see Tony's storyline moves towards its climax as Roy Cropper (David Neilson) tries to get the businessman to confess to the murder of Liam Connor.
Tony confessed to Roy about his involvement in Liam's death after he suffered a heart attack and believed he had only hours to live.
However, he survived his health-scare and left Roy struggling to cope with the knowledge of the murder.
Weatherfield bosses have filmed three special scenes to be shown on the web to link in with the plot.
In the special episodes Tony is seen holding a gun and dictating a confession letter to his fiancée Maria (Samia Smith).
Each scene will have a different interpretation of the same script, adding to the mystery over the end of Tony's time on the Street.
Will he commit suicide by shooting himself? Will he hand himself in to the police? Or will he kill again by turning the gun on Roy or Maria?
