Boyband Westlife are said to be "terrified" of performing live on Sunday night's X Factor results show, a report has claimed. The lads are said to be feeling "under pressure" after Robbie Williams and Whitney Houston made "shambolic" comeback performances on the show.
Their scheduled appearance on The X Factor will be the first time that the group has sung on live TV in over a year and they fear that they could slip up.
Singer Mark Feehily told the Daily Star that the group were anxious of performing on the show.
He said: "There is always something scary about the X Factor stage.
"The judges in front of you. It's like being a teenager at your first audition.
"X Factor makes me a little bit more nervous than anything else we do."
Shane Filan added that the boys were hoping that their comeback performance would help to relaunch their career.
He said: "Sunday could determine our next 18 months.
"Going on X Factor is like having an album launch in front of 14 million people."
