Dancing on Ice star Roxanne Pallett has confessed that she has lost the body tone she gained through participating in the ice dance show. The 26-year-old completed a tour of the UK with Torvill and Dean following the end of this year's competition.
She told Press Association reporters that the training for the show had made an impact on her body shape.
Roxanne explained: "I never lost any weight, it was the shape of my body - I noticed my love handles had gone and that I was a cleaner cut shape rather than having jiggly bits that spilled over my jeans."
She admitted that she has lost some muscle tone since the end of the Dancing on Ice live tour.
She said: "I've still got my thigh muscles. But my bingo wings are back."
However, she insisted that she does not allow her body image to affect her confidence.
Roxy said: "I don't rate myself on what dress size I am. I don't beat myself up.
"I can fluctuate like every single woman out there but I don't let it dictate if I'm in a good or bad place."
