Michael Jackson's personal physician has admitted that the singer had stopped breathing 30 minutes before an ambulance was called, a report claims.
A representative of Dr Conrad Murray spoke out following claims that the superstar lay dead for two hours before the medic called for help.
He also hit back at rumours that the 50-year-old star had died in the doctor's bed at the mansion.
His legal aide Miranda Sevcik reportedly told The People: "Dr Murray did not have a room at Michael Jackson's house."
She added: "Michael Jackson stopped breathing 30 minutes before emergency personnel were called out to his house."
A number of allegations have been made about the doctor in the media since he was named in a manslaughter investigation by Los Angeles Police.
One report claimed that two of his staff removed important items from a storage warehouse near his clinic in Houston, Texas, on the day that Michael died.
Ms Sevcik said: "Doctor Murray did not call anybody at the Houston office to remove items from storage.
"Our understanding is that police officers have thoroughly interviewed the employees who visited the storage facility, and the timing of the removal of boxes from storage is merely a coincidence."
