A spokesperson for Katie Price has given an explanation for why the glamour model was photographed apparently shopping to buy a wedding dress, says a report.
The 31-year-old, also known as Jordan, was snapped by paparazzi trying on a white dress on a recent trip to London.
Katie's spokesperson told The Sun that she was looking for an outfit to wear for the forthcoming wedding of her make-up artist Gary Cockerill.
The spokesperson said: "Jordan will be a sort of bridesmaid at the event.
"She's looking forward to it."
Cockerill will renew vows with his partner Phil Turner at a star-studded event next month.
Tabloid newspapers had been speculating that Katie was shopping for a wedding dress after she sent tongues wagging when she claimed she wanted to marry her new lover, cage-fighter Alex Reid, as soon as her divorce is finalised.
Katie's shopping trip to Mayfair came just hours after she reportedly left her solicitor's office to sort out details of her split from Peter Andre.
