X Factor finalists duet with Robbie Williams, George Michael and Michael Bublé?

Michael Bublé and Robbie Williams are both reportedly set to return to The X Factor alongside George Michael to duet with contestants at this weekend’s final.

The pair of superstar singers both appeared on the show earlier this series to mentor the combined contestants. (As well as promoting their most recent singles, of course...)

Both also received mixed reviews for their performances, Robbie in particular the subject of speculation after an erratic routine, so it’s likely that they’ll see a return as the chance to show the huge TV audience their skills back on top form.

An X Factor source told the paper: "Everyone has a lot of love for Robbie and it would be a fantastic conclusion to the series if he came back and did an immense performance.

"I have a feeling it would also lay some of his demons to rest."

According to reports, Robbie will perform with Olly Murs, which is little surprise given that the pair are said to have struck up a friendship after meeting on the show.

Meanwhile, Bublé will sing with the bubbly Stacey Solomon and George Michael will appear with Joe McElderry.

Michael’s inclusion was already reported as was that of Paul McCartney, the ex-Beatle expected to be playing a solo song on the Sunday night of the two-day final.

A show source explained: "In previous years we have had some great acts but nothing beats having four of the great male solo acts in one weekend.

"This has all the makings of the biggest X Factor show ever. It will be the only thing people will be talking about at work on Monday."

ROBBIE WILLIAMS WASN'T A SUCCESS OVER IN AMERICA, AND SO HE HAS COME BACK TO BRITAIN, DESPERATELY TRYING TO GET ON TO EVERY PROGRAMME POSSIBLE TO GET AS MUCH EXPOSURE AS IS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, INCLUDING SAYING THAT HE MIGHT BE JOINING UP AGAIN WITH ''TAKE THAT'', WHO OBVIOUSLY DON'T WANT HIM BACK, AS HE JUST CAUSES TROUBLE, AND THEY ARE DOING GREAT WITHOUT HIM.
