Lloyd Daniels has spoken out to deny reports that he considered quitting The X Factor, says a report. The 16-year-old did confess that he had "struggled" to cope with the pressure of being in the finals of the talent show.
But Lloyd hit out at reports that he was thinking of walking out before the live performances last week.
Daniels told the Daily Star that he never once considered quitting The X Factor but confessed that he was extremely "tired".
He explained: "I was never going to quit such an amazing opportunity, but I did get quite down though on one day.
"I think I was just really tired and needed a break."
He added: "I just wanted to lie down and go to sleep."
Lloyd was eliminated from the show on Sunday night after finishing last in the results of the public vote.
Stacey Solomon, Danyl Johnson, Olly Murs and Joe McElderry will now go on to compete for a place in The X Factor Grand Final.
